This spring J World Annapolis will begin offering our three signature team building programs plus custom events design specifically for your particular group. For 20 years, J World Annapolis and the Chesapeake Boating Club have partnered together to provide the best in education and access for Chesapeake Bay boaters and we are excited to help Baltimore area companies expand the dynamics and inter-personal skills of their high functioning teams.

15 years ago, we were approached by a VP from Marriot Hotels who was already an active. Sensing that the teamwork aspects inherent in sailing could be an ideal team building medium, he challenged us to design a program for his group which would require open communication, total group participation, and out of the box problem solving.
With his objectives in mind, we went about creating an event to meet his goals. The program was a resounding success and we have since created similar events number of successful companies all over the country. Our clients have included Northrop-Grumman, Pfizer, BB&T, Microsoft, 3M, Motorola, Michelin, Volvo, Cocoa-Cola, World Bank, and many more!
Following the success of these programs, we worked to expand our repertoire of activities to create fun, effective, and memorable on the water experiences for a variety of corporate outings.
